Nance J. Muscatello is a seasoned financial operations and executive support professional with more than three decades of experience across Wall Street, global research firms, and mission‑driven organizations.

As the founder of Chamberlain Drive LLC, she blends analytical precision with hands‑on operational leadership, specializing in financial reporting, contract management, data organization, and C‑suite support.

Her work is grounded in a deep commitment to service — reflected in her long‑standing involvement in community outreach, youth programs, mental‑health advocacy, and local support initiatives across New Jersey and South Carolina.

Nance is known for bringing clarity to complex environments, strengthening organizational systems, and supporting leaders with discretion and integrity. Chamberlain Drive reflects her belief that strong businesses and strong communities are inseparable.

Francesca completed her undergraduate education at the College of New Jersey, earning a Bachelor’s degree in political science.

She then went on to complete a Master’s degree in Addiction Studies. She is passionate about fostering community and advocating for marginalized communities, as evidenced by her work as a
substance abuse counselor.

In addition, she studied abroad in Tanzania, bringing solar power to medical clinics with low infrastructure.

Francesca now provides support to Chamberlain Drive LLC via organization, data management, and administrative work.

Katie received her B.A. in Graphic Design with an emphasis on New Media & Digital Culture from Coastal Carolina University.

She is currently pursuing an agency career in Package Design in Chicago, while also managing her business as a freelance graphic designer and creative consultant.

She specializes in bringing fresh and innovative ideas to businesses of all sizes by correlating elements of her classical art training with her modern design portfolio.

Alongside this, she has experience working on a global scale within the graphic design industry, as well as teaching English as a second
language abroad.
