Nance is a seasoned financial operations and executive support professional. With expertise across Wall Street, global research firms, and a variety of mission‑driven organizations for almost three decades.
She brings an analytical, service‑driven approach to every client. Assisting leaders in creating concise and strengthened systems that allow them to operate with confidence.
As the founder of Chamberlain Drive, Nance blends financial expertise with hands-on operational leadership.
She specializes in financial reporting, contract management, data organization, and C‑suite support. All of which to ensure clients have the structure and reliability needed to navigate their professional growth.
Outside of her career, Nance has devoted long‑standing
time and effort within her community through the involvement of youth organizations, mental‑health advocacy, and local support initiatives across the East Coast.
Education: B.A. from Fordham University; Certified Paralegal
Francesca is a business analyst and project coordinator that brings thoughtful client support to Chamberlain Drive.
With experience in counseling and organizational management, she excels at creating dependable workflows
for teams navigating their professional growth.
Her work is grounded in empathy, consistency, and a genuine commitment to helping people feel supported and empowered.
She contributes through efforts of project organization,
data management, and administrative leadership in order to ensure clients receive steady, detail‑driven support.
Francesca’s background in service work and local outreach shapes her ability to connect with people, anticipate needs, and build systems that make daily operations smoother and more personable.
Education: B.A. in Political Science from The College of
New Jersey, Master’s in Addiction Studies from Capella University, Certified in Business Analytics from
Temple University.
Katie is a multidisciplinary designer and creative consultant whose work blends classical art training with a modern and ingenious approach. Her experience designing for both print and digital media has allowed for insightful versatility across her portfolio of work.
With experience spanning across global brands as well as local, she brings an intuitive curation of personality, technical skill, and strategic thinking to every project.
At Chamberlain Drive, Katie serves as the creative architect behind the firm’s new presence. With a focus on developing an engaging, yet informative platform that emphasizes both professionalism and playful ingenuity.
Beyond her position at Chamberlain Drive, Katie's career consists of global-scale package design and print production, as well as running a successful freelance design business.
Education: B.A. in Graphic Design from Coastal Carolina University with an emphasis in New Media & Digital Culture.
